Plains Rangers v Taupo Lakers 2021
Thanks Bruce Belcher for these great photos!

Earle Tuhimata showed grit along with skill, as he played with a shoulder injury. Always calm on the ball. Kaleb Muggeridge was dynamic down the wing. He is leaving the opposition standing watching! Kaleb set up Rangers first goal in the 2 - 2 draw.
Phil Ballingall is always a whole hearted competitor. He scored Rangers first with a powerful shot. His strong tackling back from the front puts pressure on the defence. Young Elijah Wetting held his own at right back. He also put over the corner for Rangers second goal, Jimmy the scorer.
Hamish Wilde fought hard in the midfield and showed good skills. Levi McIntyre did well on the wing against his experienced opponents. In the background Carl Imlig (player of the day) is giving him advice.
Sione Lotu is always competitive. He also was unlucky to hit the woodwork just after half time. Christian Wetting claims the high ball ahead of Taupo's danger man.
Earle finds space for a shot late in the game and was unlucky to hit the post. Sione in a typical tight space, shielding the ball well. Phil runs into a gap behind him.
